maintenance services as described on our website and as agreed upon with the
customer.
2.2. We aim to provide our services with the utmost professionalism and quality.
3. Service Appointments
3.1. Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or mobile app.
3.2. Appointments are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate
your preferred date and time.
3.3. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen
circumstances, such as weather conditions or technician availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Pricing for our services is provided on our website or can be obtained by contacting
us directly.
4.2. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various forms of payment,
including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24
Hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $49.
5.2. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled without
sufficient notice.
6. Warranty
6.1. We provide a limited warranty on our repair and maintenance services. The specific
terms and duration of the warranty will be provided to you before service begins.
6.2. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period, and the repair or service
must have been performed by our Company.
6.3. All vehicle repairs come with a 24 Month / 24,000 Mile Warranty
7. Liability
7.1. Our Company is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that is unrelated to
the services provided.
7.2. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during
the service.
8. Privacy
8.1. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Kansas & Missouri.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
